Glenelly Infrastructure Solutions has an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator to join our small and friendly team based in Livingston and whilst experience is a bonus, we are also looking for someone who has a hunger for learning and wishes to grow with us as a business.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Contacting customers, scheduling surveys and booking appointments.
Liaising with our client regarding these surveys & appointments.
Opening, closing & recording permits.
Data Entry, maintaining records such as Health & Safety related events
General ad-hoc admin duties
Experienced in using Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel.
Previous experience in the industry, a knowledge or interest in Health and Safety regulations or standards would be desirable but not essential as full training and support will be given.
Good communication skills and excellent time management skills
