We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Sales Support Administrator with excellent communication, organisational and administrative skills, who is computer literate, and self-motivated.
Working as the Sales Support Administrator, you will join the company’s expanding Building Solutions division assisting the sales team by recording and managing the sales opportunities within the CRM database.
As the Sales Support Administrator, you will help generate new business and develop additional sales with existing customers.
DUTIES
Your duties and responsibilities as the Sales Support Administrator will include:
* Create new business opportunities with potential customers
* Develop additional sales of products within the existing range
* Use the project management database to confirm potential for products, and then pass these enquiries to the Sales Managers
* Responsible for recording and managing the sales opportunities within the CRM database in conjunction with Sales Managers
* Required to work independently, as well as alongside the Sales Managers
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
* Computer literate with excellent communication skills
* Hardworking, self-motivated and conscientious
* Excellent organisational skills
* Able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team within a busy customer-orientated office
* Ideally experienced in a telesales or business development role within a B2B environment
* Ideally experienced with CRM databases
* The company rates enthusiasm and a desire to learn more highly than specific qualifications and experience so all levels of experience will be considered
