They are looking for a dynamic and motivated Telesales Team Leader to join their established B2B sales team and support the sales manager in driving continued improvement within the team.
You will play a crucial role in coaching and mentoring team members, and ensuring the overall success of the telesales department.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of telesales representatives to achieve individual and team targets.
2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns to drive sales growth.
3. Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
4. Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
5. Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
6. Offer side by side support and training as and when required.
Requirements:
1. Previous telesales leadership experience.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets.
This is a full-time position based fully on-site in their Edinburgh office, with operating hours Monday - Friday between 9am - 5pm.
