Hours: 30 hours per week, 41 weeks per year (term time plus training days, the last week of August and 1 day during each of the other holidays)

Your Role
CF Education supports children from across the key stages who have various needs including SEMH, ASD and ADHD. This is an administrative role, based at the company head office supporting our Education Team.
Your Responsibilities
1. To oversee timetabling across the education service
2. To support the office team with the smooth running of the service
You Will Need:
1. Relevant qualifications or equivalent knowledge
2. Experience in an administrative setting
3. Experience in an education setting
4. The ability to prepare professional documents and emails articulately
5. Strong grammar and sentence construction, good level of standard English for administration and communication tasks
6. Excellent verbal communication skills – confident when speaking to others on the phone
7. Knowledge of safeguarding legislation and responsibilities
8. Knowledge of GPDR and confidentiality
9. Excellent IT skills including experience with Microsoft products
10. The ability to plan and prioritise work over the short, medium and long term, excellent time management
11. The ability to design and set up spreadsheets/databases
12. Strong attention to detail – ability to identify anomalies, discrepancies or issues and refer to line manager where appropriate.

We offer bespoke education packages and 1:1 tutoring for cases referred to us by local authorities or other agencies. These are young people who are excluded from school or at risk of exclusion from school.
