We are looking for a candidate who brings:
1. Substantial Experience: You will be an experienced manager within a social care setting, ideally with direct experience in child protection or parenting assessment.
2. Relevant Qualifications: You will hold a relevant social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, BA/MA in Social Work) and be registered with Social Work England.
3. Strong Leadership Skills: You will possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
4. In-depth Knowledge: You will have a thorough understanding of relevant legislation, regulations, and best practices in child protection and family support.
