What You’ll Be Doing:
* Support Excellence:Assist the Support Services Manager in completing and submitting requests and returns for all clients within the Client Manager’s portfolio, ensuring all deadlines are met.
* Efficient Operations:Perform all tasks in a timely and professional manner, planning and executing assignments efficiently.
* Streamline Processes:Work closely with fee earners to continually improve and streamline job requirements.
* Administrative Support:Provide crucial support to the wider business, including managing outgoing correspondence via email, letter, or OpenSpace.
* Professional Communication:Handle overflow phone calls promptly and professionally.
* Resource Management:Assist in resource allocation to meet departmental goals.
* Team Collaboration:Support the broader Support Services Team as needed, including covering reception, greeting clients, and providing refreshments.
* Business Development:Participate in business development events and represent the organisation as required.
* Versatile Duties:Undertake any other duties as requested by the Directors or delegated authorities.
What Our Client is Looking For:
* Experience:Previous office administration experience.
* Tech-Savvy:Thorough working knowledge of all Microsoft packages; experience with a case management system is a plus.
* Resilience:Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Interpersonal Skills:Strong ability to build professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
* Organisation:Well-organised, accurate, and able to prioritise tasks effectively.
