Job Title: Office Manager – Nurse Recruitment and Placement Agency Location: 45 E & F London Road, St Leonards on Sea, TN37 6AY Salary: £30,000-£32,000 Reports to: CEO/Director Job Purpose: The Office Manager will lead the overall operations of the nurse recruitment and placement agency, driving business growth, ensuring compliance, and maintaining the highest standards of recruitment and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Leadership: · Develop and implement business strategies to expand nurse recruitment and placement services. · Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive agency growth. · Making and receiving calls from hiring managers to discuss requirements 2. Operational Management: · Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless recruitment, placement, and workforce management. · Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and employment laws. · Implement efficient processes for candidate onboarding, matching, and client management. · Processing paperwork to ensure that compliance is met and sending off yearly audits for national clients. · Work towards activity and revenue based Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) · Ensure all contract employee records are accurate and up to date. · Administer and maintain all background investigations for contract employees. · Ensuring that all compliance is up to date using our system. · Assisting Coordinators with bookings for shifts. · Growing, supporting and motivating a great team of people. · Communicate with our Recruitment Manager, Finance and Marketing Dept. 3. Team Leadership: · Lead, mentor, and manage recruitment and support staff to achieve targets and maintain high performance. · Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture. · On Call duties as required - up to 4 nights on, on rotation 4. Client Relations: · Maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention. · Address client needs and resolve issues swiftly to ensure quality service delivery. · Responding to emails and dealing with complaints/safeguarding and general emails 5. Financial Oversight: · Manage budgets, forecast financial targets, and monitor profitability. · Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service quality. 6. Compliance & Quality Control: · Ensure all recruitment practices meet regulatory requirements, including health and safety standards. · Implement quality assurance procedures for placements to ensure client satisfaction and safety. 7. Business Development · Inputting information onto the inhouse ATS and CRM as well as our sales system, Hubspot. · Creating and closing new business opportunities · Work within the existing team of consultants and senior management to maximise sales opportunities · Assist all our recruiters/Sales professionals with administrative projects as they arise to include cold calls, sales calls and client visits · Client visits out on the road weekly.
