Job Description First impressions are everything As a Receptionist, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will be assisting guests upon arrival, ensuring the smooth check in and check out, and assisting them with any queries throughout their stay. As a Receptionist, your primary responsibilities will include: Welcoming guests from all corners of the world to our beautiful hotel, growing relationships with new and regular guests. Ensure accuracy and professionalism with information and payments during arrivals and departures. Maintain a logical work sequence, adhering to cash handling and security procedures. Provide valuable local knowledge and promote hotel facilities, actively up-selling to maximise occupancy and rates. Manage guest property with care, ensuring proper documentation for storage. Promote Accor loyalty programmes, contributing to guest satisfaction and brand loyalty. Work closely with a fantastic team, fostering positive relationships with other departments, including Housekeeping, Food and Beverage and Reservations. We are looking for a special someone with a passion for people and providing impressive service to join our front office team on a part time basis. This part time role is working across a rotating 7 day roster, waged at $25.94 per hour.
