Mr Paul Taylor Outwood Academy Carlton invites applications from reliable, conscientious individuals who have the ability to provide operational and administrative support to promote whole school attendance strategies in order to improve attendance levels and reduce persistent absence, in line with the academy targets under the supervision of the Education Welfare Officer. The post holder will work closely with students, staff, Academy Council members, parents and any other visitors to the Academy. Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths or equivalent. Have excellent communication skills with children and adults both written and verbal. Ability to use standard ICT packages including Microsoft Office and in particular Excel. Work effectively alone or within a group. Resilience and an ability to work in difficult situations.
