The role offers the chance to work across the entirety of the development lifecycle from acquisition to completion and would provide a fantastic learning opportunity. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in development management and property development and be proficient in argus and/or excel appraisal models. We are a market leading Development Management business working on a fantastic project pipeline in partnership with great organisations in London and across the UK. We are excited to be growing our project portfolio across Offices, Residential, LIfescience and Hotel projects and have a great opportunity to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities -Support senior members of the team in all areas -Appraise project viability -Write, produce and present reports -Work alongside external consultancy teams across design, planning, cost and delivery -Work with external stakeholders including funders, which include leading institutional firms -Capable of research, data analysis and analysis of latest market trends -Assist in project planning and scheduling, coordinating with stakeholders. -Support the Development Manager in monitoring project progress and performance. -Conduct site visits and assist in project inspections. -Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and budgets. -Help manage project risks and resolve issues as they arise. -Assist in stakeholder communication and project presentations.
