Support vulnerable adults in their own homes, providing personal care and assistance with daily tasks, as a Care Assistant with City & County Healthcare Group.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
* Assist with medication and practical tasks such as shopping and housework
* Follow individual care plans and work closely with clients to understand their needs
