Role Description We are looking for a new Goalkeeping Coach to work with our Womens team on a casual/sessional basis. Responsible for developing and enhancing the skills of our goalkeepers through structured training programs. A commitment to improving the ability of goalkeepers and delivering high quality goalkeeping analysis, as well as the ability to mentor and motivate goalkeepers at various stages of their career. Responsibilities Coach, develop and prepare women’s team goalkeepers for elite level performance, linking the preparation of goalkeepers to the overall strategy of the team. Provide the goalkeepers with pre and post-match information, including a review of performance and ongoing individual development planning for all women’s team goalkeepers. Work with Head Coach to plan and develop comprehensive coaching which improves the performance of the Women’s team. Assist with the scouting and recruitment processes Attend all in-season trainings as well as home and away fixtures. Work with other relevant parties to ensure all FA WNL rules/regulations are adhered to and we remain compliant.
