Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Interim Finance Manager to join our established business in Spalding or on a hybrid basis.
The ideal candidate will support the Financial Controller and be responsible for managing the Sales and Purchase Ledgers for the Group.
The Role
Sales Ledgers:
* Manage invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payment.
* Collaborate with the sales team to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
Purchase Ledgers:
* Oversee the procurement process, including purchase orders and inventory management.
* Work closely with suppliers to negotiate prices and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role.
* Strong leadership and analytical skills.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Compensation
Estimated salary: £48,750 per annum, based on industry standards and location. This is a competitive offer, reflecting the importance of this role within our organization.
