Job Description – Legal Administrator
Overview: This role is a pivotal supporting role within an expanding Legal Services company specialising in Wills and Probate. The successful candidate will complete a wide range of administrative tasks and will report to the Office Manager.
This is a full-time role, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
Responsibilities of the role:
1. Set up new cases
2. Create new invoices
3. Check documents
4. Write external letters and emails
5. Answer phone & field calls
6. Manage applications to the Land Registry
7. Manage applications to the Office of the Public Guardian
8. Manage professional storage
9. Print and bind legal documents
10. Assist in marketing tasks
11. Greet and field visitors
12. Chase outstanding requirements
13. Assist with Newsletters and Social Media
Requirements of the role:
1. Grade C/5 or above in GCSE English Language
2. Grade C/5 or above in GCSE Mathematics
3. Experience in writing external communications
4. Strong attention to detail
5. Ability to work independently and take responsibility for tasks
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
