* Your week: 36.25 hours (Monday to Friday 8.45am 5pm)
* Location:Hybrid youll be working from our modern and spacious Milton Keynes office for a minimum of one day per week.
Snapshot of your role
1. Act as the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams regarding responsive repairs.
2. Ensure efficient use of the Internal Repairs Team to meet target dates and customer needs.
3. Action repair referrals from property managers.
4. Arrange and issue work orders for external contractors to support internal teams when needed.
5. Keep customers informed about the progress of their repairs.
6. Schedule initial and follow-up repair appointments with customers.
