We're seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a strategic HR professional with expertise in organisational design, employee relations, and union engagement. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you'll align HR initiatives with business goals, foster a high-performance culture, and drive organisational success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build strong relationships with business leaders, providing proactive and value-driven HR solutions.
* Align HR strategies with business objectives to enhance operations and workforce effectiveness.
* Educate and support leaders and employees on HR policies, processes, and best practices.
* Provide expert HR advice on employee relations, employment law, and organisational design.
* Lead change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Support recruitment, performance management, and compensation processes.
* Partner with leadership to drive a high-performance culture and embed best practices.
* Utilise HR metrics and analytics to inform strategic decisions and demonstrate HR impact.
* Work closely with trade unions, legal counsel, finance teams, and external partners.
