Reed Glasgow is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team, specialising in Financial Services recruitment across the Glasgow and surrounding area.
Responsibilities:
1. Business Development: Cultivate relationships with new clients through phone outreach.
2. Client Engagement: Attend business meetings with existing and prospective clients.
3. Relationship Management: Nurture existing client connections and identify growth opportunities.
4. Candidate Sourcing: Identify and match candidates to meet client recruitment needs.
5. Effective Advertising: Craft compelling job vacancies to attract top-tier candidates.
6. Interview Facilitation: Prepare candidates for interviews.
7. Negotiation: Facilitate offers between clients and candidates.
