As a Promotions Event Manager, you’ll play a key role in creating unforgettable experiences for our audience. You’ll be confident in interacting with the public, assisting in campaign setup, and ensuring events run smoothly. Key Responsibilities:
1. Event Planning and Execution:
Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional events such as product launches, trade shows, and experiential marketing campaigns. Set up promotional displays and organize materials to create engaging and impactful experiences.
2. Brand Representation:
Represent the company and its brand at events to increase awareness and drive sales. Be well-versed in the products or services being promoted to engage potential customers effectively.
3. Customer Engagement:
Demonstrate and provide detailed information on products or services to potential customers. Address customer questions and feedback while maintaining a professional and positive image. Use marketing strategies to promote products and services during events.
4. Sales Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales team to generate leads and drive conversions. Convince and encourage customers to purchase products or services through engaging presentations.
5. Team Coordination:
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of events, including marketing, sales, logistics, and creative teams. Manage on-site brand ambassadors to deliver a seamless experience.
6. Post-Event Analysis:
Collect customer feedback, analyze event success metrics (e.g., attendance, engagement, ROI), and prepare comprehensive reports. Provide feedback to the marketing team to refine future promotional strategies.
7. Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure all events comply with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies. Identify and mitigate potential risks to guarantee safe and effective execution.

Pay: From £17.00 per hour

* London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
