Overview Coffee Shop Supervisor: £13.30 rising to £13.84 per hour. Starting salary equivalent of £24,206 rising to £25,188.80 per year, plus overtime. As a Coffee Shop Supervisor at Dunelm, you'll see your creative and exciting ideas come to life, whilst ensuring a high standard of beverage and food service is provided to our customers. Our Supervisors are a fundamental part of the leadership team in store. They are truly valued members of the managerial team, trusted with whole store responsibilities, such as key holding, rotas, cash handling and hosting whole store team briefs. You will also contribute to the recruitment of new colleagues, their training and support them throughout each day. What you'll be doing As part of this role you will be working, and in contact with a variety of different ingredients including dairy, nuts, meat products including pork. You'll manage a dedicated and hard-working team of colleagues. Be focused on selling and maintaining a high standard of beverage and food service. You'll motivate your team and prioritise selling, customer service and cost control. Ensuring health and safety, security and shrinkage is at the forefront of your mind. What we'll look for in you You'll ideally have experience of leading a team in a high volume, fast paced retail environment. It's essential you have experienced a role within an establishment serving food and refreshments. You'll be a flexible individual able to work across the weekends. Your respectful and dedicated nature will ensure that the care of your team is of high priority to you and working closely with other Supervisors throughout the store, as well as the Deputy Store Manager and Store Manager, means you'll be an effective communicator, committed to success throughout both your department and the entirety of Dunelm.
