Our client is looking for a Facilities Coordinator for their office located near to Heathrow Airport
We are looking for a candidate with common sense, practical and hands on skills, NE bosh certificate is ideal but not essential
Salary £ 35-37k
Must be a Car Driver due to travel to their other branches located around the country - a company van will be supplied
A Facilities Coordinator is responsible for the day to day operations of a companies facilities
Duties Include:
* Conducting regular checks of offices and warehouses and furniture to spot needs for renovation and repairs
* Ensuring regular maintenance of internal systems and equipment
* Reporting defects and suggesting areas for development to management
* Developing and monitoring the schedules for disinfecting and cleaning the building
* Allocating work schedules to office, warehouse staff
* Ensuring compliance with health regulations
* Responding to maintenance requests
* Must be IT literate
* Car Driver
