About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining continuity of education in the absence of teaching staff. You’ll be responsible for delivering pre-set lesson plans, managing classroom behaviour, and ensuring pupils remain on task.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver pre-prepared lessons to secondary school students
* Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
* Support pupils with their learning where needed
* Report back to the regular class teacher on pupil progress and behaviour
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience working with young people (schools, sports coaching, youth work, etc.)
* Confident classroom presence and excellent communication skills
* Reliable, flexible, and proactive approach to work
* A genuine interest in education and pupil development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
