Waste Manager – OTE £50,000 Uncapped - Monday to Friday – Full Training Provided The Opportunity We are seeking a Waste Team Leader to join our team in Bristol. You will play a crucial role in the growth, development, and logistical planning of our waste customer base and leading a team of hazardous and low hazardous waste representatives to deliver exceptional service levels and compliance standards. Job Role Lead and support a small team of waste collection drivers to deliver exceptional service and compliance. Plan work and scheduling routings, collaborating internally and externally. Manage account activities, communicate effectively with customers, and achieve sales quotas and waste targets. Identify and develop new business opportunities while enhancing existing customer accounts. Handle customer service issues promptly, manage holiday and sickness cover, and drive team performance. Experience / Skills A clean UK Driving Licence. A Class 2 Drivers Licence desirable. CPC desirable. ADR desirable. Experience within the waste industry. Someone who enjoys being out on the road, meeting customers and building trusted relationships and leading a team.
