ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To assist either the Direct Sales part of Ezi Klamp Systems (a brand of Modsafe) by following up quotations and new leads. To help with pipeline management and other sales admin tasks.
To ensure that all prospects that are contacted understand the product range and USPs that Ezi Klamp have to offer. The job responsibilities include:
Responsibilities
* Ensuring KPIs hit weekly - Review at Sales L10 Meeting
* Telemarketing – Assisting Account Managers with Quote Follow Ups. Primarily calling but also emailing to follow through to order or closure.
* Telemarketing – Cold calls / Data cleansing and intro calls to ups to new customers and non-spending new and existing contacts.
* Telemarketing - Delivery Follow up calls. Getting feedback and scores out of 10 for service, to reach a net promoter score for management.
* Identify new opportunities & leads from Ad Hoc Using Barbour ABI, external lead sources telemarketing, and E-Blasts (mail merges).
* Contribute to the sales team meetings Weekly.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
* Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, CRMs)

Reports to: Head of Sales, Gavin Biggs
Hours: 7.30am – 16:30pm (lunch break – 1 hour if needed but generally 30mins), Holiday 20 days plus bank holidays. Monday to Friday - This job is working from the office not a hybrid or working from home role.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £28,000.00 per year
