Asset Manager | Commercial Properties | Facilities Management Industry (Electrical / HVAC) | £55,000 + £5,000 Car | Hybrid Working.
Due to growth in our Commercial FM contracts, we are actively recruiting for an Asset Manager to oversee commercial building assets including a wide range of electrical, HVAC, BMS and similar equipment.
You will be working as part of a UK wide projects and FM (Facilities Management) team, to ensure the Commercial Building Assets of our clients are operating efficiently and functionally, alongside being cost effective.
Duties:
1. To optimise the operating efficiency of assets and systems across commercial property portfolio in line with ISO55001 best practices.
2. To lead asset surveying and CAFM data upload projects to include the mobilisation and transition of new contracts.
3. To audit clients asset maintenance and asset management activities.
4. To lead the deployment of the companies Asset Management systems to existing contracts.
5. To assist with the implementation of asset management processes and procedures.
6. To lead the application of risk-based maintenance methodologies and support each Account Team with knowledge, training and appropriate tools.
7. To use data analysis techniques to highlight and inform site-based Asset / Contract managers of asset performance and data quality exceptions.
8. The Asset Manager will not have any direct reports or financial responsibility.
Employment Package: FM Asset Manager:
1. Base Salary: £50,000 - £55,000
2. Car Allowance: £5,000 per Annum.
3. Hybrid Working: Mix of working from home, travelling to sites/contracts and occasionally in companies offices (self managed).
4. Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays.

Requirements:
To be considered for an Asset Manager role, we expect the correct candidate to meet the following profile:
1. Experience in asset management, asset surveying, lifecycle management, customer service and change management.
2. Must have a solid understanding of both Electrical and HVAC equipment within a commercial building environment.
3. Experience with CMMS / CAFM systems.
4. Experience of best practice standards including SFG20, BSRIA Business-Focused Maintenance and ISO 55001.
5. Must come from a technical background, ie: HND / HNC or City and Guilds / NVQ Level 3 standard.
6. Highly Beneficial: Auditing experience.
7. Highly Beneficial: Institute of Asset Management Certificate and or Diploma.
