To develop, implement and maintain administrative systems, including effective and up to date filing, tracking systems, data gathering and evidence files. To undertake word processing of letters, reports and other documents and information, using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and other IT programmes as required. To work effectively with colleagues, internally and externally to the organisation, to ensure the dissemination of information which is of a highly sensitive and restrictive nature, pertaining to vulnerable adults, children, young people and their families.
