Sales Support Administrator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our team. This role involves supporting a portfolio of customers by ensuring the accuracy of price records and maintaining customer accounts. The position offers hybrid working options with flexible working hours.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Update price records daily, including standard prices and promotions, and enter information into SAP.
* Create customer-friendly price lists from SAP data, exporting into Excel/PowerPoint.
* Assist with price increase implementations.
* Investigate price-related claims to ensure correct invoicing and evaluate the validity of claims.
* Assist with the creation of new accounts and amendments.
* Address and resolve price-related issues with Order Entry to ensure timely delivery and payment.
* Handle general day-to-day enquiries.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience in a customer service or sales support environment.
* Proficiency in SAP.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to use IT systems and computer packages effectively.
* Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
