Job Summary
Phuel Oil Tools Limited designs, builds, and supplies bespoke market-leading Wireline Pressure Control Equipment. Our services are offered to major clients within the international oil and gas industry in the UK, Europe, and Middle East. We are looking for an experienced Production Coordinator with knowledge in Engineering and Design. The successful individual will run, maintain, and grow an effective service to the business, working with the Managing Director to constantly improve production outcomes. The individual will build knowledge of the industry and work hard to ensure that all company procedures and contractual agreements are adhered to while driving our company KPIs and values.
Responsibilities
1. Plan, organise, and manage all activities related to the production functions.
2. Focus on achieving customer required dates.
3. Ensure that customers are updated regularly on the progress of their orders.
4. Liaise with clients to understand their needs and requirements.
5. Process incoming work purchase orders and provide work packs.
6. List purchase requirements and stock picking lists.
7. Coordinate with the workshop and Procurement to manage stock needs.
8. Liaise with suppliers to source quality products, negotiating price and times of dispatch and delivery of goods.
9. Review and prepare quotations.
10. Ensure critical documentation is issued with dispatched goods.
11. Mediate and resolve issues with supply contacts, acting as a point of escalation for the operational team.
12. Prepare customs documentation.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a production or warehouse environment is preferred.
* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting while also being self-motivated.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and production demands.
