What you will be doing as a Software Application Trainer:
Working from their offices on the outskirts of Bolton, you will be dealing with customer sites across the UK. Duties will include:
* Delivering training sessions either on-site or online
* Providing internal training sessions for the support team
* Carrying out training needs analysis
* Troubleshooting any issues with regards to the customers' products
* Ensuring all procedures are documented and updated
* Arranging software upgrade schedules for customers
* As customers are based across the UK, the role will include the occasional overnight stay
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following Skills and Experience:
* Experience in an EPOS Trainer, Software Application Trainer or IT Trainer role
* A background in a retail management role with strong experience using or training EPOS systems or possibly an IT Teacher would also be considered
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Flexible to visit customer sites
* Strong general IT skills including knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office
* Knowledge of Microsoft SQL would be beneficial but isn't essential
* Full current driving license
