Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Payroll Manager to lead and manage all aspects of the payroll operations. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and leading a team of payroll professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll systems, internal controls, along with excellent leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage the end-to-end payroll process for multiple employees, across multiple sites.
* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of payroll specialists and administrators.
* Review and validate payroll runs, including gross-to-net calculations, tax withholdings, benefit deductions, and other payroll-related transactions.
* Coordinate with HR, Finance, and other teams to ensure seamless data flow and policy alignment.
* Develop and implement payroll policies, procedures, and internal controls to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 3–5 years of payroll experience, with a background in a leadership or management role.
* Deep understanding of multi-site payroll processes & tax regulations.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Proven ability to manage confidential data with a high level of integrity and discretion.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
