The ability to work confidently and efficiently within a collaborative studio environment will also be highly valued.
The role will involve leading projects through the later work stages, overseeing detailed design, technical coordination, and on-site delivery. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure that design intent is maintained while addressing the practical challenges of construction. A strong understanding of UK Building Regulations, procurement routes, and contract administration is required, as well as experience in working with Revit and BIM processes to support seamless project coordination.
