People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Transport Administrator to join our well-established client based in TAMWORTH, WEST MIDLANDS.

Day to Day Duties
Working as a Transport Administrator for our client your duties will be:
* Deal and respond to e-mails in a timely manner, after having completed thorough investigations where applicable
* Printing delivery paperwork and dealing with drivers
* Driver debrief
* Driver assists on the phone
* Communicate with carriers to resolve queries
* Communication with the warehouse
* Arrange delivery bookings
* Customer service advising
* Invoicing and credit request investigation and processing
* Resolving SLA queries within 24 hours
* Deal with all enquiries from internal stakeholders
* General administrative duties – filing, photocopying, document scanning and uploading, printing return paperwork and allocating to correct routes
* Any additional administrative tasks that may be allocated
* Perform other duties as assigned by management from time to time
Essential Skills
As a Transport Administrator it is essential that you have:
* Effective numeracy, literacy and word processing skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to influence others
* Ability to establish and maintain good client relationships, both internally and externally at all levels
* Previous administration skills or related field
* Full UK driving licence
