Role Purpose
Infinigate Cloud are seeking anexceptional Marketeer with a mesh of exceptional copywriting skillsand a broad digital marketing toolkit. This role is fast-paced, variedand designed to utilise strong writing skills to create content to bedelivered cross-platform. The Content & Digital Marketing Executivehas responsibility for the execution and delivery of Infinigate Cloudinbound marketing strategies including copywriting for social media,blogs and lead generation assets ensuring they meet the objectives ofthe business.
As a key member of the Marketing &Vendor Management team, deliver commercial success and world classpartner experiences against the agreed company objectives and alignedwith the company’s key strategies.
This role isbased in Infinigate’s modern offices in Fareham, accessible by publictransport as well as free parking. For the success of this role, thefirst 3 months of probation will be fully-office based and followingthis an agreed hybrid working pattern could be agreed up to 2 daysworking from home.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Use of multi-channel marketing to delivereffective content and communications to and through Partners toincrease reseller and cross-sell opportunities across InfinigateCloud.
• Responsibility for copywriting, editing, proofreadingand continually improving content repository, producing relevant,engaging and high-quality content for multi-channel use.
•Working with the Marketing & Vendor Management team, design contentmarketing strategies and initiatives, setting short and long-termgoals in-line with marketing and wider business plans.
•Develop editorial and social calendar ensuring deadlines are met.
• Create and manage social media content and paid mediacampaigns using display ads, paid search and pay-per-click.
•Work with the Marketing & Vendor Management team, key business andsolutions leads, regional Infinigate Cloud teams and widerstakeholders to aggregate topical content and thought-leadershipcontent, along with a consistent flow of effective Case Studies forcross-channel use.
• Work with key marketing leads to optimisecontent, considering SEO and Google Analytics, analysing web trafficmetrics to drive content decisions.
• Perform research oncurrent benchmark trends and audience preferences, including collationand analysis of customer feedback, generating ideas to increasecustomer engagement.
• Support the delivery of marketingprograms and tools that facilitate the recruitment of new resellers.
• Reseller engagement through promoting the Infinigate CloudPillars and the Partner Portal to drive reseller frequency and yieldperformance.
General Skills
•Educated to a minimum of Degree level or equivalent experience inMarketing or Business
• IT and/or Channel Marketing Experience
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple taskson time and within budget
Personal requirements
• Previous experience of content & social mediamarketing – preferably in a related industry.
• Excellentcopywriting skills across different mediums and attention to detail.
• A passion for all aspects of Marketing and keen to learn newcloud technologies on the job.
• Leads by example and takesownership of their work – dealing with issues through to resolution.
• Salary range -£30,000 - £35,000 per annum
• Hybrid working following first 3months of probation
• 25 days annual leave rising to 28 dayswith length of service plus bank holidays.
• Day off on yourbirthday.
