BMS Project Engineer\n\nSalary: £45,000 - £55,000 (DOE)\n Benefits: car allowance or company car, professional development opportunities, hybrid working and more\n Location: Yorkshire\n\nRole Overview:\n\nAs a BMS Project Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Building Management System (BMS) Engineering team, delivering optimisation, preventative, and reactive maintenance projects within sectors such as commercial, schools, and leisure. This role involves overseeing small to medium-sized projects, with a focus on BMS system programming and software strategy development. Experience with Trend and/or Tridium is preferred.\n\nYou will receive ongoing technical training, offering significant professional development opportunities and long-term career progression, within a company that is currently experiencing fantastic growth.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nDeliver BMS project works: Manage and execute key project deliverables related to BMS installation and optimisation.\nMaintenance work: Handle both planned and reactive BMS maintenance, remotely and on-site.\nEnergy optimisation: Develop and implement energy-saving strategies through the BMS platform.\nStakeholder communication: Work closely with clients to ensure projects run smoothly, identifying and resolving potential delays.\nRelationship building: Foster strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and third-party contractors to meet project goals.\nSkill development: Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and software developments within the BMS field.\nCandidate Requirements:\n\nBMS Experience: Expertise in Trend systems is essential.
