Due to expansion and new investment Blu Tech Consulting are currently looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our Construction/Manufacturing Recruitment Team at our prestigious Discovery Park Head offices in Sandwich, Kent.
No Recruitment experience is necessary but ideally you will possess some sale skills, be happy to spend most of the day on the phone, have an eye for detail and string desire to build a career in Recruitment.
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Resourcer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the recruitment process by sourcing and attracting top talent for various positions within the organisation. You will develop your skills in social media management, lead generation, and applicant tracking systems (CRMS) to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Duties
* Source candidates through various channels, including social media platforms and job boards.
* Manage and maintain candidate databases using Firefish or Infinity (Training will be provided)
* Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability for roles such as: Labourers, Bricklayers, Glaziers, Carpenters, Machine Drivers, Warehouse Operatives etc.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide support throughout the hiring process.
* Generate leads for potential candidates through networking and outreach efforts.
* Communicate effectively with candidates to keep them informed throughout the recruitment journey.
* Assist in the development of job descriptions and postings that attract qualified candidates.
* Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress within the recruitment pipeline.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a recruitment or human resources role is not essential but ideally some sales experience would be beneficial
* Strong skills in social media management and lead generation techniques.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
* Experience with Recruitment CRMs would be advantageous
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
