Job summary We are looking to appoint a well organised Ultrasound Admin Coordinator to help provide a professional, efficient and high quality support for the Ultrasound department. You will be based in the Outpatient clinic area and will line manage a team. Your main responsibilities will be to organise and prioritise within the Ultrasound administration office. This entails booking patients in line with pathway targets, to ensure Ultrasound capacity is fully utilised and to provide training and development for the team. Good knowledge of EPIC is useful, together with the ability to prioritise effectively. Ultrasound is a very busy department and the successful candidate must be able to remain calm and focused under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
