As a Product Quality Manager for the UK's leading supplier of Outdoor Leisure Equipment, you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the quality and compliance of our garden furniture range and other products. Working closely with internal teams and suppliers, you’ll ensure all products meet UK regulatory standards, safety requirements, and industry best practices.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Product Compliance: Ensure all garden furniture products meet UK safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Supplier Collaboration: Work closely with manufacturers and suppliers to uphold quality control measures.
Testing & Certification: Oversee product testing, certification, and documentation to ensure full compliance.
Internal Liaison: Partner with design, buying, and supply chain teams to integrate compliance from concept to delivery.
Continuous Improvement: Identify risks, resolve quality issues, and drive enhancements in compliance processes.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Proven background in product quality, compliance, or regulatory affairs within consumer goods, furniture, or a related industry.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of UK product safety laws, compliance standards, and testing processes.
Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to quality control and risk management.
Communication Skills: Ability to liaise effectively with suppliers, regulatory bodies, and internal teams.
Proactive Mindset: A problem-solver who takes initiative to improve product quality and compliance.
