At Pelsall Village School, we are really excited to be opening our first Specialist Resource Provision. These are specialist places commissioned by the local authority in mainstream settings.
We are extremely proud to be able to offer these specialist places to children with complex additional needs but who can benefit from all that a mainstream setting has to offer too.
This is an outcome of Walsall’s Specialist Provision Review and part of the development of a number of similar settings across Walsall. This is a real opportunity to shape the future of SEND provision in Walsall and a significant professional development opportunity for the right people.
Pelsall Village School SRP is based in a fantastic setting with access to exceptional outdoor learning opportunities. As a school we support and nurture children with a wide range of needs and our Motto, “Every Child, Every Chance, Every Day” perfectly describes our day to day work with our children and families.
If you are an energetic, enthusiastic and outstanding teaching assistant with a clear understanding of SEND needs and a passion to support children with EHC plans then we would love for you to join our team and support the ‘Outstanding’ provision we envisage from our SRP.
