SALARY: £83,411 -£98,130
LOCATION(S): Edinburgh, Halifax,Leeds
HOURS: Full-time
WORKING PATTERN: Ourwork style is hybrid, which involves spending atleast
two days per week, or 40% of our time, atone of our officesites.

This role will be working closely with the Risk Platform team as we movetowards our future state as you help drive how we strategicallychange the data experiences for the benefit of our Colleagues,Customers, and the Group.
For the right candidate, thisrole provides the opportunity to lead the discussion on BI,Analytics and Citizen Data Science with our partners and innovateand experiment on how we can deliver better outcomes for datausers, including how we use the data andtooling.
In thisrole,you’ll:
* Partnerwith consumers of our data and reporting and work with themto map our journey to the cloud for self-service BI, analytics, andadvanced analytics/datascience
* Provide in-depthknowledge and expertise to design and shape reports and models asrequired
* Prioritise workbased on business outcomes and value, and help to rationalise andstreamline our reportinglandscape
* Collaborate withthe platforms to establish use cases, outcomes, EPICs andfeatures that deliver the data solutions to meet the demands of ourconsumers
* Collaborate withcentral and governance teams to ensure adoption of standardframeworks and toolsets, and ensure proper management and use ofdata
* Lead team through thechanging landscape as we make enhancements to our infrastructureand drive a growth mindset across our ways ofworking.
* Be part of the dataenablement and leadership team, taking on projects andpresentations when requested and be part of ourjourney!

* Strongpeople managementskills
* Experienceof using data to develop user-facing products, both for colleaguesand our clients. Their need is for products that display data insimple ways that aid business decisions and satisfy reportingrequirements.
* * In-depthBI, Analytics and DataScience
* Knowledge ofdimensional modelling /optimising of data for end-userconsumption
* Report writing(with PowerBI and/orTableau)
* Advanced dataanalysis
