The role
This is a key position as we embark on a period of change at the airport. Your key accountabilities will be:
* Key support for all aspects of aviation and retail marketing campaign development and delivery.
* Maintain strong professional relationships with all key stakeholders and existing airline and retail partners.
* Work with key stakeholders (PR/Communications/Social) to maximise exposure for London Stansted and key accounts (e.g. new store openings, airline inaugurals etc).
* Support and work with CAVU (digital function) on CRM content strategy, copywriting, development and supporting database sign-up incentives.
* Review, undertake, and roll out airport branding across key customer journey touch points (digital and physical) to improve the overall customer experience and brand recognition.
* Harness data to measure the effectiveness and reporting of marketing activity and continuously strive to optimise and improve efficiency of marketing spend.
* Support and manage key events such as airline inaugurals, team workshops and surprise and delight activations.
* Support in managing and delivering budgets.
What will make you successful in the role?
In order to be successful in this role, you will possess the following:
* Experience within a marketing position, ideally within the retail, aviation or travel industries.
* Clear, effective and professional communication style.
* Experience working on multiple projects concurrently, with the ability to time manage and prioritise.
* Proficient Microsoft Office Suite skills.
