Trials Officer Trials Officer – West Yorkshire - £27,500 DOE The Job: As a Trials Officer, you will play a vital role in conducting commercial product efficacy and selectivity trials, ensuring high-quality research and accurate reporting to maintain our client’s esteemed reputation. You will design and manage scientific experiments, assess results, apply products, collect and analyze data, and produce detailed reports. This role also involves basic diagnostics for turfgrass pests and diseases and provides essential research support to the organisation. You will work both independently and collaboratively to ensure the successful delivery of trials and related research - Design, coordinate, and execute commercial trials and related research - Manage all practical aspects of research projects - Produce trial plans, drawings, and management regimes for trial sites - Maintain accurate records of all pesticides and active substances used, ensuring compliance with current regulations - Assist with trial preparations and ensure equipment is calibrated and maintained - Order laboratory equipment and ensure inventory is updated - Produce high-quality reports, ensuring approval by the Research Manager before submission - Conduct basic diagnostics for turfgrass pests and diseases The Company: Our client is a global leader in design, engineering, research, and management consultancy, specializing in planning and building sustainable spaces for people to enjoy.
