Operations Manager - Luxury Country House Bedfordshire
I am working with a great organisation that is looking for a hands-on Operations Manager with excellent Food and Beverage or Front Office exposure gained within the Luxury UK Hotel market to help drive service levels within this busy operation.
This property is set in acres of its own ground and has built an enviable reputation for delivering great service. It enjoys a senior management team that is highly invested in staff well-being and maintaining a true balance of service delivery and staff morale.
Responsibilities:
1. Working within the Luxury 4-star Hotel sector in the UK in a management capacity.
2. Strong knowledge of operations with extensive full-service properties.
3. Strong hands-on style with a passion for the guest experience.
4. Excellent communication skills, with a modern leadership style.
5. Ability to influence service through the effective management of your teams and leading by example.
6. Commercial and financial acumen.
7. Emotional maturity.
