We are looking for a Teaching Assistant who:
* Can deliver excellent continuous provision on a 1:1 basis
* Is able to nurture and engage pupils effectively, and has experience working with SEN
* Can inspire children in their learning and uphold the school’s high expectations
* Is an excellent practitioner with minimum Level 2 qualification who will actively support our school ethos
* Is committed to their own professional development and that of others
* Understands the wider role of supporting all aspects of school life
* Is caring, nurturing and has a passion for wanting excellent outcomes for all
* Will relish working together with a group of like-minded professionals
* Enjoys a positive working environment where people are valued and respected
* Preferably has experience of RWINc and leading phonics
