Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a varied caseload of Wills and Probate matters
* Advise clients on a wide range of Trusts, particularly asset protection and discretionary trusts
* Contribute to process improvements and internal efficiencies
* Deliver a high standard of client care and service
* Provide cover for Deputy HOFA and MLRO responsibilities during periods of leave
About You:
* A qualified Solicitor with 3+ years PQE in Wills and Probate
* Strong technical knowledge of Trusts and estate planning strategies
* Confident, proactive, and highly organised
* Excellent interpersonal and client communication skills
