PA to PartnersPermanent£36,000Central LeedsOffice Based The role Providing full PA support to a team of 4 Partners, by aligning business priorities, fostering client relationships, and managing details to ensure smooth operations. Some of the key things you will be involved in TT Track and review actions assigned to Partners. Ensure deadlines are met and priorities aligned Provide reminders and proactively support Monitor all Inboxes and prioritise what needs to be actioned Answering calls, taking messages and diverting calls where needed Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and appointments Send calendar invites, manage diary conflicts and facilitate this Prepare agendas, organise logistics and take comprehensive minutes to distribute and action. Booking any required travel and accommodation Create detailed travel itineraries and distribute amongst relevant attendees Organise and co-ordinate events and projects Monitor budgets and track expenses Prove admin support to the teams as required. Co-ordinate communications and follow up on actions Draft, edit, and format documents. Ensure accuracy and attention to detail What we are looking for? We are looking for a PA who is experienced at supporting at senior level. Someone with a proactive approach, comfortable working with various personalities and ways of working to provide a a proactive level of support. Some of the main areas of skills and experience we are looking for are: Strong communicator both verbal and written Ability to articular ideas clearly and professionally Able to build a rapport and strong working relationships with Partners and wider teams Excellent organisational skills, able to multitask and use own initiative to manage a busy and often changing workload Proficient in scheduling and co-ordinating multiple meetings and events Effective time management and able to prioritise tasks to meet various deadlines Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle unforeseen challenges.
