We are looking for a Workday Data & Systems Analyst who will play a pivotal role in enhancing our data reporting and visualisation capabilities as our business continues its growth trajectory. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining sophisticated reports and data models within the Workday and Adaptive Planning platforms. The successful candidate will transform complex data into clear, concise, and impactful visualisations, effectively communicating key insights and driving data-informed decisions across the organisation.

Please note: our HQ is based in Bicester, Oxfordshire, but we do operate a Flexible Advantage Policy which allows for some flexibility at Line Manager discretion.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain sophisticated reports within Workday & Adaptive Planning platforms, leveraging advanced features such as web reporting, dashboards, matrix reports, calculated fields, and custom reports.
* Work alongside Finance to Design, develop, and maintain new data models within Workday & Adaptive Planning Platforms.
* Transform complex data into clear, concise, and impactful visualisations, effectively communicating key insights and driving data-informed decisions.
* Establish and enforce best practices for report development, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and efficiency.
* Collaborate closely with Business Partners across the organisation to understand their reporting needs and deliver value-added insights.
* Provide comprehensive training and support to end-users on reporting tools and dashboards.
* Contribute to the administration and maintenance of the Workday platforms, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.
* Identify and implement opportunities to streamline and automate reporting processes within the business.
* Stay abreast of the latest Workday features, releases, and best practices.
The successful candidate will:
* Have extensive experience with Workday & Adaptive Planning platforms, including advanced report development, data visualisation, and system administration.
* Be proficient in Workday reporting tools.
* Possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
* Demonstrate exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
* Exhibit strong collaboration skills and the ability to build effective relationships with team members, business partners, and technical teams.
* Take a proactive approach to problem-solving and have a passion for continuous improvement.
* Show strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
* Experience of working with Microsoft Power BI would be desirable.
