Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lease Extension Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing our lease extension services, creating a funnel of opportunities, managing a sales pipeline, and closing deals. This role requires excellent communication and administrative skills to handle interactions with clients, external parties, and solicitors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote lease extension services to prospects and cross-sell to LRG business functions.
* Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels for lease extension and cross-sell for LRG.
* Maintain and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
* Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring satisfaction and compliance with company policies.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing inquiries.
* Handle all administrative tasks related to lease extensions, including documentation and record-keeping, ensuring all records are updated in a timely manner.
* Coordinate with external parties, including solicitors and other stakeholders, to facilitate smooth transactions.
Skills required:
* At least 1 year proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
* Strong understanding of lease extension processes and legal requirements.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
