B2B Sales Trainer Senior Telesales Coach

This role involves supporting the sales team by coaching, mentoring, and improving a team of Sales Consultants and Business Development Managers to achieve the best results.
The Role:
You will provide initial and ongoing training and development across the sales floor to positively influence the results achieved by Lead Generators, Sales Consultants, and Business Development Managers. You will be proactive in the development of materials, content, and resources for the sales department, and utilise these to address training needs of both individuals and the wider sales team.

The Day-to-Day:
* Work alongside the Training Manager to design and deliver the induction training to all new sales agents, ensuring they have the knowledge, skill set, and motivation to succeed in their roles, specifically hitting targets and KPIs.
* Provide coaching and training to all new joiners throughout their induction period to ensure they meet criteria to progress onto the Sales Floor.
* Design and deliver a 12-week coaching programme for all new joiners (post-grad) and ensure full adoption from Sales Floor Managers.
* Identify trends and individual training needs of Sales agents and effectively communicate these with the Training Manager.
* Provide training and support to individuals and teams as per the request of the Training Manager, Head of Sales, Head of Telesales, and Sales Floor Managers.
* Design and deliver an ongoing training programme to ensure a world-class sales function, including systems, product knowledge, applied sales skills, compliance, and technical knowledge.
* Liaise with the Training Manager to design and update all training materials in line with business needs and ensure all training material is of a professional standard.
* Support in the training and adoption of new product rollouts and version control across the sales department.
* Support in the creation of content for the training academy.
* Encourage the adoption of training resources and educational material across the sales department to directly influence positive results.
* Work with the Training Manager and Quality & Compliance Assessor to mitigate risks through bespoke coaching and training.
* Review the effectiveness of Sales training across the sales department through data analysis.
* Maintain up-to-date training records of sales agents and review monthly with the Training Manager.
* Communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders and provide constructive feedback when identifying key trends or issues across the sales department.
