As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales assistants and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the store. You will be expected to:
* Manage a team of sales assistants to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
* Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase customer engagement
* Monitor and control store stock levels, including ordering and receiving stock
* Ensure the store is maintained to a high standard, including visual merchandising and housekeeping
* Manage store budgets and control costs to achieve financial targets
The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven retail management experience, with a track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
* Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends

* Contract type: Permanent
* Weekly hours: 17.5 hours per week
* Working hours: Monday, Wednesday and Friday 10.00 AM - 2.30 PM, Thursday 10.00 AM - 4.00 PM (Tuesday non-working day)
