As part of this growth, they're looking for a skilled AI Engineer to take the lead in building secure, compliant, and high-performing AI solutions-particularly around Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Large Language Models (LLMs), and responsible AI deployment. The Role Design and deploy AI solutions that adhere to strict compliance and governance frameworks. * Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures for enterprise-scale use. * Integrate and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) into Microsoft-based systems. * Implement LLM security measures (e.g. prompt injection prevention, data protection). * Collaborate with security and compliance teams to meet regulatory requirements (e.g. GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001). * Build APIs and pipelines to support scalable and maintainable AI deployment. * Ensure robust integration with .NET applications and cloud infrastructure. * Conduct risk assessments and maintain alignment with AI ethical and governance standards. * Stay up to date with emerging AI regulations and compliance trends. About You You're a great fit if you have: * Proven experience developing and deploying AI/ML solutions. * Strong knowledge of RAG frameworks and vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, etc.). * Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, Anthropic, etc.) including model tuning and security. * A solid understanding of AI governance, risk, and regulatory compliance. * Familiarity with .NET and Microsoft-based infrastructures. * Skills in securing AI pipelines, including data anonymisation, encryption, and access control. * Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and MLOps practices. * Proficiency in Python, C#, or similar languages. * Background in REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservices integration. * Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines. Bonus Skills (Desirable, but not essential) AI experience in regulated industries like healthcare, finance, or legal. * Familiarity with AI ethics frameworks (e.g. EU AI Act, NIST AI Risk Management Framework). * Knowledge of MLOps, AIOps, and observability tooling. * Experience with knowledge graphs and semantic search. * Certifications in AI governance, security, or compliance (e.g. CISSP, CISM).
