As a Moderation Associate you will be responsible for assessing incoming music releases for the quality of their assets and metadata, ensuring industry content styles and standards are upheld and that intellectual property rights are protected. You will play a vital role in in maintaining RouteNote's reputation as a trustworthy and compliant distributor whilst making sure our customer's content is delivered expediently. Our ideal Moderation Associate will have/be: Strong team player with the ability to collaborate closely with others. Able to multitask and hit targets in a time sensitive environment. Excellent communicator. We prefer a casual and friendly tone, whilst remaining informative and professional. Strong attention to detail, problem solving and organisational skills. Requirements Computer literacy, proficient with Windows Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively MS Office and Google Drive knowledge and experience Added Extras: Experience in Quality Control Music Industry knowledge and experience Product/service knowledge and experience GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English Passionate about music and have a keen ear for music in a range of genres.
